With a background in the hospitality industry, Amanda joined the family mortgage/real estate business in 2018. Working side-by side with Jesse as a Transaction Coordinator, Loan Officer Assistant/Processor, and Real Estate agent, Amanda brings a boutique feel to the over-all client experience by scheduling showings, maintaining listings, and handling the administrative duties associated with running a well oil Brokerage firm. Her daily tasks range from ordering Verification of Employment for clients loans, drafting purchase contract/disclosures and following up with client requests, to ordering closing gifts, scheduling inspection, and preparing listings for the MLS. She ultimately runs the day-to-day operations of the business from all sides. Amanda is a licensed CA Realtor and a Certified Transaction Coordinator.
